The world of Aqualune had always been a place where water and life danced together. Its floating islands drifted lazily across seas of shimmering blue, connected by streams that glowed like ropes of liquid starlight. Children played beside crystal ponds, and elders fished from silver rivers that sparkled even at midnight. Water was not just a resource in Aqualune it was the heartbeat of the entire world. But the heartbeat began to falter. No one noticed it at first. A few strange bubbles rising from the deep lakes. A patch of murky water near the docks. A fountain that sputtered instead of singing.
